For companies working out where AI actually pays off in their own operations. We come at it as engineers who have built and run AI products, not as advisors handing over a report — the question of whether something works is settled by building it.
Consulting
We find where AI earns its place in your operations, choose the technology, and design a proof of concept worth running. Where it does not pay off yet, we say so — that judgement is most of the value early on.
Embedded engineers and PMs
An engineer who writes the implementation, or a PM who drives it forward, joins your team and works inside it. Rather than receiving a specification and returning a deliverable, we sit where the work happens and build alongside you. Engaged monthly, remote-first, on site when the work calls for it.

Hardware and software designed together
The same team handles mechanical design, boards, firmware, the app and the server. There is no boundary with an outside vendor for specifications to fall through, and the split between what hardware does and what software does can itself be designed well.
Prototype to production, actually delivered
We cover 3D-printed prototypes, design for manufacture, jig design, and bringing a line up at factories in China and Taiwan. Having run production at volumes in the hundreds of thousands, we design for the cost and yield problems that never surface in a prototype.
AI built into the experience
We design conversational flows and implement voice interfaces on LLMs. Drawing on an Alexa skill that has handled over 400 million utterances, we build for something people keep using day to day, not a demo.
Intellectual property in view
Our founder holds six patents and design registrations in his own name. Through client work we have also contributed to many more inventions, filed in our customers' names. From early in a project we help work out what is worth protecting, and support you through to filing.
